Vol. pig No. skin
Since I didn't know it was the Fall Equinox and thus didn't join in all the naked dancing in the woods around a lovely fire, I've probably been cursed by the Equinox Minions. Since they give no quarter, my football picks will likely go down in flames. Football Picks, you ask? What are you talking about? What about the naked dancing? Okay, pull your brain back to football. If you haven't joined my yearly football contest, do come to Facebook.com/CatherineCoulterbooks and start playing. Many of you already know we've had a contest every season now, probably since the game was invented, in ancient Rome, right? The contest has prizes for the winners, of course, and I'll bet you can guess what the prizes are and no, it's not a BMW. Hey, they're signed to you personally to be proudly displayed forever. You despise football, you say? You don't know anything about it and watch it only to have an excuse to drink beer and eat guacamole? Not a problem – you can simply select my games/picks and you and I will rule the world by the Super Bowl. Or go down in flames. (See Equinox Minions)
What did the football player say to the flight attendant? (Put me in coach)
Future publishing Advert: THE CHARMED HOUSE OF HUNTLEY (1842 England, magic, romance, mystery and comedy) is now in the publishing pipeline, won't be out until summer next year, big boo. Where's a publishing Minion when you need him?
The 9th Grayson Sherbrooke novella, THE BIZARRE PYRAMID AT SALTCOAT ABBEY (Grayson Sherbrooke Otherworldly Adventure) is nearly done and will be out whenever – not sure yet. Remember the novellas are ebook only. But of course, you know why, don't you?
I've decorated the house for Halloween so that means you need to as well so we can compare your scary weirdly creepy pumpkins to my beauties. I'll post a couple of photos next month.
A couple goes to an art gallery. They find a painting of a naked woman with only her nether regions covered in leaves. The wife hates it, naturally, huffs, and moves on. But the husband keeps studying the leaves. Pissed, the wife asks, "What are you waiting for?" Never looking away, the husband says, "Autumn."
Everyone, come on, admit it, when you danced in the woods on the Equinox you wore leaves, right?
I love Fall because no matter what your kids wear, you can call it a costume.
Join the football contest, you might not regret it.
