Soon the leaves will be splashing color everywhere, the football season will be in full battle, and I can start wrapping Christmas presents. (Lower that eyebrow.)
Week One in Football: 1-3. Yes, yes, I know, it's sucky to begin with these losses, but I mean, the Saints, the Steelers and the Giants? I love them and they punked out on me. All power to the Patriots and Tom Brady for giving me my One Big Win. BACKFIRE (now the official title of the 16th FBI thriller) is coming gangbusters. This morning I was thinking, okay what happens now after the forensics guy and the M.E. guy finish their respective spiels? Before my next breath, Molly (from The Target) walked into the FBI conference room and proceeded to knock their socks off. I was typing as fast as I could while chanting, Wow, Molly, keep talking, keep talking, don't go, I love it.
